Project Implementation Committee (PIC)

A  Project Implementation Committee (PIC) will be established headed by the Director General, DSHE. The PIC will be accountable for the timely and quality implementation of the LAISE project, and will provide advice and guidance to the PIU, the TA team and stakeholders at large towards effective implementation strategies and coordination among the stakeholders, and the development partner.

The PIC will be responsible for coordinating the planning, and implementation of activities, monitoring, and reporting to the PSC for the activities assigned. The PIU will provide administrative and secretarial support to the PIC.  The PIC will meet every quarter, or as frequently as may be decided by the PIC Chair.
